This site is too small for a full blown "Team", but what if a bunch of trainers just got together and started wrecking @#$%?
Nora just started, so she's going to wait until she has a full team of Pokemon before attempting this, but what if a gang of trainers teamed up and traveled together to bully on trainers and only steal stuff to get on people's bad sides and lure them into coming after them so they could beat them?
We could start a group slush fund for activities and growing our party Pokemon and have our own base where we strategically plot out who we bully and just be a bunch of trolls until one of us legitimately becomes Champion.
We could train against each other and earn more money off the boards while leveling our Pokemon!

And not sure how it would roll, but the idea of these two ending up in some complicated love-hate relationship would totes be perf. All like one moment "wow he/she is cute" and suddenly next thing all "That rotten dimwit!!!" XD

All it would take to get Cas to join is if Nora promises him she could help him get stronger. XD
Why recruit Cas? While he may not be the toughest battler out there (and never will be), he will eventually be able to hold his own. But, even more than that, Cas makes for a great face. First and for most, he works for the region's newspaper, and could easily designate himself as the person who covers this whole thing. Through the newspaper, he's also got access to some news broadcasting. Basically, with Cas on your side, you can almost completely control the image of your group in the news. But even beyond that, Cas is really good at convincing people of his ideas. He'd be a wonderful person to ask if you need to convince someone of something in a nice way. He'd also make for a great undercover agent, as he'd need to keep his affiliation with the group a secret in order to maintain his job at the newspaper. And who would suspect someone as friendly as him? :3
So Cas also has 5 years of amnesia. I'm not exactly sure what happened here, what he did and who he was, but he was almost certainly a decently, if not high, ranking member of a team, so he'll be naturally drawn to this. Gonna throw this crazy idea out there (because why not), perhaps Cas knew Nora, maybe briefly, during those five years and has since forgotten, but still in the back of his mind feels like he knows her?
