The Dizhen City Gym was the first gym on the island and is truthfully quite plain looking. A simple building that is a single room where two opponents may battle with a few watching on the sidelines. It is nothing special but the Gym leader is. Trainers are warned to bring plenty of antidote against the poison using leader for nothing is more terrifying than watching a Pokemon lose slowly and painfully.
